Our Chartered Surveyors will observe RICS’s Global Professional and Ethical Standards when performing work related duties. This means we will act with integrity, provide a high standard of service, treat our clients and others with respect and we will take accountability if something goes wrong. We will also ensure that our conduct embodies RICS’s other regulations, which will promote trust in the profession.
We will also adhere to the Bribery Act 2010 by not accepting or offering bribes. Moreover, we will not be participating in any forms of corrupt or criminal behaviour.
Our chartered surveyors will rely on legislation, Local Authority controls, Building Regulations and RICS’s regulations when carrying out any surveys.
We will observe the Equality Act 2010 in all our practices to ensure we provide an service, which is inclusive in order to ensure no discrimination takes place irrespective of a persons protected characteristics: race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion and this is not an exhaustive list.
